We are a large public elementary school with a small-school feeling. We continue to build on the Manhasset tradition of excellence and provide our students with a holistic learning experience that includes a balance of academic and social-emotional support. Shelter Rock students and staff gathered on May 15 for a historic Time Capsule Celebration, bridging a half-century of school history and community pride by preparing a message for the future.

Performing for a full house of parents and families, the students brought the classic tale to life with incredible energy, creativity and poise.
